How we are Operating during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Following the announcement of another national lockdown on 4th January, our showroom will remain closed to the public for the time being.
However, we will still be working, taking enquires and designing kitchens, so if you are considering a new kitchen then please do not hesitate to contact us. We’ve all had to become more accustomed to Facetime, Zoom and Skype over the past year, but as well as family quizzes, they are also great tools to allow us to discuss your kitchen ideas with you! Also, our fantastic design software can produce photo-realistic 3D walkthroughs of your new kitchen, so there’s no reason your kitchen journey can’t start straight away – just contact us on 01530 833960 or firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your project.
We will also be offering a “click-and-collect” service, so customers wishing to collect brochures or borrow samples can collect from the showroom – just let us know before you arrive. Depending on your location, we may also be able to deliver and collect from your home.
Our installation teams will continue as normal, as current Government guidelines permit us to work in people’s homes providing we can do so in a COVID-secure way. In practice this means:
- Frequent hand washing/sanitising.
- Maintaining a minimum 2m distance between people wherever possible, and using face masks if it is not.
- We politely ask that customers refrain from as much contact with our installers as possible, and leave doors closed to isolate our working area wherever possible.
- If any of our installers feel unwell, or are asked to isolate, then they will isolate immediately. We ask that our customers also do the same, even if this potentially delays completion of an installation. Whilst this is not ideal, reducing the risk of transmission of the virus is of paramount importance – we all have a responsibility to keep each other safe.
