Sherborne Graphite – Whitwick

On removing a dividing wall between their existing kitchen and dining room, our clients were left with a long narrow room. To fit units down both sides of the room would have left little room for an island – and would also have been a bit boring! So, by pinching a bit of space from another room, we recessed a bank of tall units flush with the wall, which created the space for a huge island which houses both the sink and hob.

The tall units provide acres of storage, an integrated fridge-freezer, three ovens, a built-in coffee machine, and – our favourite bit – a drinks cabinet!

Some wall-hung units provide some additional worktop space, without impacting on the floor area, to create a striking yet practical open-plan kitchen, perfect for entertaining.
