From initial ideas, planning, visual concept, to the work carried out the customer service and communication to the outstanding quality work has been amazing. We wouldn’t have know the work was being carried out as there was no mess or dirt left. We now have a stunning quality well designed, built and functional kitchen giving us more space in what is a small area thanks to Owen Williams Kitchens. Highly recommended without a doubt. Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. We cannot recommend Owen and his team enough.

We had our kitchen done by Owen Williams Kitchens back in April this year and we are so so happy with it! Paul designed our kitchen perfectly and the whole room has been transformed! Our kitchen is quite small but Paul made full use of the space so we've now got more cupboard and storage than we had before, plus a dishwasher which has been a game changer. Paul designed cupboards specifically to fit our space and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. All the guys who plastered, did the electrics and fit the kitchen were brilliant and very professional. We are so impressed with the quality of the kitchen and would recommend the team at Owen Williams to everyone!

However what sold it for me was the personal touch that I had been looking for, and from start to finish Owen, Paul and the fitters were excellent. From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday.
