Owen and the team were most helpful in helping to design a custom built microwave wall unit, which I love! It looks like a fitted microwave unit even though it's a free standing microwave (not intergrated). Owen and the team went above and beyond in helping me with my new kitchen and I'm very grateful for their help. The fitter, Danny is a brilliant craftsman. He fitted my kitchen on his own, even my tall wall units! His work on my kitchen is to an excellent standard and I couldn't be happier. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius!
