We absolutely love our new kitchen! The whole process from our initial visit to the showroom to fitting our kitchen was highly professional. Paul and Owen were incredibly helpful and patient, particularly when we were indecisive. The fitting by Tom and Tom was also exceptional. Having met Paul at the showroom it was clear that we were going to get a quality job at a fantastic affordable price from Owen Williams. Right from concept of design, and installation(plastering, ripping out,wiring carpentry glass back splash) to completion, we are soooo pleased and can’t thank Owen and his great team enough. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. However what sold it for me was the personal touch that I had been looking for, and from start to finish Owen, Paul and the fitters were excellent. I had an idea of how I wanted to use an unused space in the house. Owen, Paul and team helped me make my ideas a reality. They also went above and beyond when another tradesman left me in a mess. Thanks guys.
