From showroom to finished kitchen, it is difficult to find fault with anything. No pressure selling, good initial design and incorporation of changes and professional at all times. Extremely happy with the finished project. Every single person involved was friendly and showed great attention to detail. As someone who is not overly keen on spending money unnecessarily, I feel that we received real value for money. Highly recommended and a stress free and positive experience.

Opted for Owen and Paul after looking at several other highly known brands. So glad we did, from listening to our wish list, incorporating our ideas, designing the kitchen, then fitting it. The whole process was easy, considered and the finish was faultless. They even recommended FABCO in Ashby. They provided guidance on flooring options, colours, material and fitting. I totally recommend this company and have shown the final pictures to many people.

Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. Owen completed our kitchen nearly 18months ago now and it still feels and looks new. Owen quickly sorted a few minor issues we had initially and installed an extra shelf that we realised we needed. Everything is still functioning perfectly and the kitchen layout and features make the space work so well. Would definitely recommend Owen and Masterclass kitchens.
