From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

We are delighted with our new kitchen...despite relocating the kitchen to a smaller room with minimal natural light, it looks light and spacious with ample storage. Being able to view the 3D images was really helpful to visualise how it would look and create the best colour combinations. One or two things had to be revised along the way, but we now have (for the first time ever) a showroom standard kitchen!

Highly recommended, throughout the customer service was first class. Design, preparation and fitting all outstanding. Never any stress and the teams desire for perfection was evident in the outcome. We are so pleased with the finished kitchen and can’t say enough positively about the experience. There isn’t anything we would fault the collective team on and Owen is driven to ensure that the customer experience is stress free.

The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. An excellent, friendly service from start to finish. Tonnes of stunning options to choose from and plenty of helpful advice and suggestions from Owen when it came to the design of our kitchen.
