When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. If you are spending a serious amount of money on a kitchen I suggest you deal with a serious business like Owen Williams kitchens.

Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. We cannot recommend Owen and his team enough.

Owen and his team have just completed my Kitchen/Utility refurbishment. What can I say - WOW it was a pleasure to work with you and your team and you did exactly what you said you would in the time you said you would do it. More importantly I am so thrilled with the results, which are down to Paul and Owen's good planning from meeting one and me being sensible enough to listen to the good advice given. Very pleased with our kitchen. The design stage was very thorough and the installation went well. Any minor problems were sorted out quickly.

Our experience from Owen Williams was definitely worth the five stars, we cannot recommend and thank them enough. From our initial meeting to installation we had so much help and support designing our new kitchen and during installation they were so professional. We always felt comfortable with the advice and feedback they gave us which resulted in the whole journey being first class.
