If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! The whole Owen Williams team work brilliantly together, they have been an absolute joy and I will miss being in contact with them. THANK YOU FOR OUR DREAM KITCHEN.....Steve and Jacqui

We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Aftercare has been great too I cannot recommend Owen Williams Highly enough

Highly recommended, throughout the customer service was first class. Design, preparation and fitting all outstanding. Never any stress and the teams desire for perfection was evident in the outcome. We are so pleased with the finished kitchen and can’t say enough positively about the experience. There isn’t anything we would fault the collective team on and Owen is driven to ensure that the customer experience is stress free.

Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. We cannot recommend Owen and his team enough.

After multiple visits to kitchen showrooms across the East Midlands , I came across Owen Williams. The vibe I got as soon as I walked in was one of calmness, non pushy and very professional. However what sold it for me was the personal touch that I had been looking for, and from start to finish Owen, Paul and the fitters were excellent. We absolutely love our new kitchen! The whole process from our initial visit to the showroom to fitting our kitchen was highly professional. Paul and Owen were incredibly helpful and patient, particularly when we were indecisive. The fitting by Tom and Tom was also exceptional. Owen williams supplied and managed the fitting of my kitchen from start to finish, to the highest standard, with great communication. The price was cheaper as a Wickes kitchen, the quality was better, the service was professional, with no hidden or extra costs. The tradesmen they use were experts with no cutting corners, and did everything asked of them. I would definitely recommend the service and quality of using a local small business!
