From showroom to finished kitchen, it is difficult to find fault with anything. No pressure selling, good initial design and incorporation of changes and professional at all times. Extremely happy with the finished project. Every single person involved was friendly and showed great attention to detail. As someone who is not overly keen on spending money unnecessarily, I feel that we received real value for money. Highly recommended and a stress free and positive experience.

Each time I walk into the kitchen I am surprised and delighted at how quickly and smoothly the whole operation was, resulting in my beautiful new kitchen/diner. If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! we have recently upgraded our kitchen ...we were looking for a more ergonomic workspace that works for two keen cooks combining with a social dining area .. we were after some bespoke finishes and the Owen Williams Kitchens Team came up with fabulous creative ideas ... a combination of life-like CADS with clever design, coupled with live colour & textured components in their showroom so we could imagine and foresee our finished kitchen before committing. One of the most impressive parts was also the actual construction and fit ... total quality and premium service. Would totally recommend OWK to undertake any bespoke kitchen project!

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. All in all an extremely good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Owen Williams to anyone seeking a new kitchen.

We are delighted with our new kitchen...despite relocating the kitchen to a smaller room with minimal natural light, it looks light and spacious with ample storage. Being able to view the 3D images was really helpful to visualise how it would look and create the best colour combinations. One or two things had to be revised along the way, but we now have (for the first time ever) a showroom standard kitchen!
