Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. If you are spending a serious amount of money on a kitchen I suggest you deal with a serious business like Owen Williams kitchens.

From showroom to finished kitchen, it is difficult to find fault with anything. No pressure selling, good initial design and incorporation of changes and professional at all times. Extremely happy with the finished project. Every single person involved was friendly and showed great attention to detail. As someone who is not overly keen on spending money unnecessarily, I feel that we received real value for money. Highly recommended and a stress free and positive experience.

We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Owen Williams helped us to turn 2 rooms into a single kitchen-diner. They guided us through design with all those choices and then they managed everything through the build (which included great use of under-stairs space, a blocked up window and a new partition) to give us the kitchen we were after. So when we moved house, there was only one choice to help us make the most out of our small space (and hit a tight move in deadline!). A really creative team who understand what they do.

Absolutely love our new masterclass kitchen. From the initial consultation with Paul who has excellent design ideas so helpful and made us feel very at ease. Owen came out many times before the fit to ensure everything went smoothly you and we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Having visited several other kitchen companies we settled on Owen Williams due to the expertise of Owen and Paul. My Dream Kitchen If you are in the market for a new kitchen I recommend you use Owen Williams Kitchens. I wanted a sleek modern design to replace my tired old kitchen. I fell in love with the Masterclass H line handleless range. So many colour options, Paul was so patient, I changed my mind on a weekly basis, eventualIy I chose a light grey with a graphite contrasting handle rail and a beautiful sparkly Fusion Quartz white shimmer worktop. As I only had a small awkward space the team gave various options on how to maximise the area available. I wasn’t disappointed, when I saw the digital images it was exactly what I had dreamt of. The Masterclass cabinets are fabulous, the quality and craftsmanship are definitely 2nd to none. Start to finish the process was faultless. Owen, you and your team are incredible. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and creating my amazing dream kitchen.
