We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. After multiple visits to kitchen showrooms across the East Midlands , I came across Owen Williams. The vibe I got as soon as I walked in was one of calmness, non pushy and very professional. However what sold it for me was the personal touch that I had been looking for, and from start to finish Owen, Paul and the fitters were excellent. My Dream Kitchen If you are in the market for a new kitchen I recommend you use Owen Williams Kitchens. I wanted a sleek modern design to replace my tired old kitchen. I fell in love with the Masterclass H line handleless range. So many colour options, Paul was so patient, I changed my mind on a weekly basis, eventualIy I chose a light grey with a graphite contrasting handle rail and a beautiful sparkly Fusion Quartz white shimmer worktop. As I only had a small awkward space the team gave various options on how to maximise the area available. I wasn’t disappointed, when I saw the digital images it was exactly what I had dreamt of. The Masterclass cabinets are fabulous, the quality and craftsmanship are definitely 2nd to none. Start to finish the process was faultless. Owen, you and your team are incredible. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and creating my amazing dream kitchen.
