5⭐️, without hesitation. From first showroom visit, initial CAD design, site visit, many design iterations, colour updates, ideas & guidance to get a kitchen that works for us. Not forgetting Dan, who's quality of workmanship, & "hardly knew he was here" fitting has made the experience as pain-free as a new kitchen can be. Thanks Owen & Team.

We are delighted with our new kitchen...despite relocating the kitchen to a smaller room with minimal natural light, it looks light and spacious with ample storage. Being able to view the 3D images was really helpful to visualise how it would look and create the best colour combinations. One or two things had to be revised along the way, but we now have (for the first time ever) a showroom standard kitchen!

Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. Owen& paul planned my kitchen.They have done excellent job from planning to finishing. All queries were addressed promptly. All the work was done very efficiently. The place remained tidy during work & when the job was finished. Hence five stars for the whole team. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any one.I wish them every success in future

Owen Williams helped us to turn 2 rooms into a single kitchen-diner. They guided us through design with all those choices and then they managed everything through the build (which included great use of under-stairs space, a blocked up window and a new partition) to give us the kitchen we were after. So when we moved house, there was only one choice to help us make the most out of our small space (and hit a tight move in deadline!). A really creative team who understand what they do.

From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

We LOVE our new kitchen! From the outset Paul truly understood our vision for the space, he created renders that hit our brief on the head. Once agreeing the kitchen and design Owen really went the extra mile by completing numerous site visits to make sure the deisgn worked in the space, he created bespoke venting options to meet the aesthetics we were aiming for. The kitchen we have is made from quality materials and is exactly as the render promised, we couldn't be happier!
