Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. If you are spending a serious amount of money on a kitchen I suggest you deal with a serious business like Owen Williams kitchens.

Owen williams supplied and managed the fitting of my kitchen from start to finish, to the highest standard, with great communication. The price was cheaper as a Wickes kitchen, the quality was better, the service was professional, with no hidden or extra costs. The tradesmen they use were experts with no cutting corners, and did everything asked of them. I would definitely recommend the service and quality of using a local small business!

From showroom to finished kitchen, it is difficult to find fault with anything. No pressure selling, good initial design and incorporation of changes and professional at all times. Extremely happy with the finished project. Every single person involved was friendly and showed great attention to detail. As someone who is not overly keen on spending money unnecessarily, I feel that we received real value for money. Highly recommended and a stress free and positive experience.

Owen completed our kitchen nearly 18months ago now and it still feels and looks new. Owen quickly sorted a few minor issues we had initially and installed an extra shelf that we realised we needed. Everything is still functioning perfectly and the kitchen layout and features make the space work so well. Would definitely recommend Owen and Masterclass kitchens.

We LOVE our new kitchen! From the outset Paul truly understood our vision for the space, he created renders that hit our brief on the head. Once agreeing the kitchen and design Owen really went the extra mile by completing numerous site visits to make sure the deisgn worked in the space, he created bespoke venting options to meet the aesthetics we were aiming for. From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.
