We are really happy with our kitchen from Owen Williams, and had a great experience throughout. The design process was very interactive, with helpful suggestions and feedback throughout and additional samples ordered and provided to give us plenty of options. The kitchen installer used was absolutely superb too, with the quality of finish exceeding what we expected. Thoroughly recommended.

Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. My Dream Kitchen If you are in the market for a new kitchen I recommend you use Owen Williams Kitchens. I wanted a sleek modern design to replace my tired old kitchen. I fell in love with the Masterclass H line handleless range. So many colour options, Paul was so patient, I changed my mind on a weekly basis, eventualIy I chose a light grey with a graphite contrasting handle rail and a beautiful sparkly Fusion Quartz white shimmer worktop. As I only had a small awkward space the team gave various options on how to maximise the area available. I wasn’t disappointed, when I saw the digital images it was exactly what I had dreamt of. The Masterclass cabinets are fabulous, the quality and craftsmanship are definitely 2nd to none. Start to finish the process was faultless. Owen, you and your team are incredible. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and creating my amazing dream kitchen.

From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. All in all an extremely good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Owen Williams to anyone seeking a new kitchen.
