From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

An excellent, friendly service from start to finish. Tonnes of stunning options to choose from and plenty of helpful advice and suggestions from Owen when it came to the design of our kitchen. The standard of fitting is exceptional and every detail is spot on. I’ve had experiences in the past with some of the national brands and can honestly say the personal service and workmanship quality Owen and his team provide put’s them head and shoulders above the rest. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Buying a kitchen from Owen Williams Kitchens has been a joy from start to finish. We nearly didn’t approach them for a quote, since we assumed that they would be above our price point. I was thrilled when, despite the fabulous quality and personal service, the price came in very competitive with the well known national companies. The design service provided was excellent, and Owen was very patient when it came to us mulling over decisions and a few changes here and there. We were given brilliant advice about where to splurge and where to save money. Having it fitted was painless, Dan did a great job and left the area spotless afterwards. The kitchen itself is beautiful, well made and exactly what we wanted. I’m so glad we chose this local company, we have been well looked after and couldn’t be happier with our kitchen.

Having met Paul at the showroom it was clear that we were going to get a quality job at a fantastic affordable price from Owen Williams. Right from concept of design, and installation(plastering, ripping out,wiring carpentry glass back splash) to completion, we are soooo pleased and can’t thank Owen and his great team enough. I can truly say I love my new kitchen, the look is exactly what we wanted and the finish is perfect.Owen even managed the flooring installation with Eddie at fabco for us. I absolutely love my new kitchen from Owen Williams Kitchens. The units and doors are solidly built, even at the back of them, and very good quality and my worktop is slightly thicker and better quality than from most other kitchen places too, such as Howdens and Wicks. Owen and the team were most helpful in helping to design a custom built microwave wall unit, which I love! It looks like a fitted microwave unit even though it's a free standing microwave (not intergrated). Owen and the team went above and beyond in helping me with my new kitchen and I'm very grateful for their help. The fitter, Danny is a brilliant craftsman. He fitted my kitchen on his own, even my tall wall units! His work on my kitchen is to an excellent standard and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend buying your kitchen from Owens and having it fitted by them. Thank you sooo much Owen and team 😃

If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! The whole Owen Williams team work brilliantly together, they have been an absolute joy and I will miss being in contact with them. THANK YOU FOR OUR DREAM KITCHEN.....Steve and Jacqui

Owen came out many times before the fit to ensure everything went smoothly you and we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble.
