5⭐️, without hesitation. From first showroom visit, initial CAD design, site visit, many design iterations, colour updates, ideas & guidance to get a kitchen that works for us. Not forgetting Dan, who's quality of workmanship, & "hardly knew he was here" fitting has made the experience as pain-free as a new kitchen can be. Thanks Owen & Team.

We are delighted with our new kitchen...despite relocating the kitchen to a smaller room with minimal natural light, it looks light and spacious with ample storage. Being able to view the 3D images was really helpful to visualise how it would look and create the best colour combinations. One or two things had to be revised along the way, but we now have (for the first time ever) a showroom standard kitchen!

From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! The whole Owen Williams team work brilliantly together, they have been an absolute joy and I will miss being in contact with them. THANK YOU FOR OUR DREAM KITCHEN.....Steve and Jacqui

Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. If you are spending a serious amount of money on a kitchen I suggest you deal with a serious business like Owen Williams kitchens.

We were so impressed with the kitchen designed and installed by Owen Williams Kitchens at our previous house, that we decided to use them again in our new house. We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Aftercare has been great too I cannot recommend Owen Williams Highly enough
