Immaculate service, from the initial design consultations to the finished product. Our design was replicated perfectly and every request was accommodated. The workmen were utterly magnificent and finished everything to the highest standard possible. Owen and his team looked after every step of the process and everything was on time and of the highest quality. They also co-ordinated their services with a local flooring company and everything ran like clockwork. The speed of completion was incredible. We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Opted for Owen and Paul after looking at several other highly known brands. So glad we did, from listening to our wish list, incorporating our ideas, designing the kitchen, then fitting it. The whole process was easy, considered and the finish was faultless. They even recommended FABCO in Ashby. They provided guidance on flooring options, colours, material and fitting.
