Owen Williams have been amazing throughout the whole new kitchen process, great advise at the outset re what was possible, perfect timing on installation, really professional team from start to finish. So pleased with end result and service delivered.

Highly recommended, throughout the customer service was first class. Design, preparation and fitting all outstanding. Never any stress and the teams desire for perfection was evident in the outcome. We are so pleased with the finished kitchen and can’t say enough positively about the experience. There isn’t anything we would fault the collective team on and Owen is driven to ensure that the customer experience is stress free.

From start to finish the planning and fitting of our kitchen was excellent, Owen was on hand with ideas to make the best of the space with photos to show us exactly what it would look like, Quality of the cupboards and fittings are of a very high standard, The kitchen was fitted by Dan with every care to attention, alway left the room clean and tidy, We would highly recommend Owen Williams Kitchens.

Owen completed our kitchen nearly 18months ago now and it still feels and looks new. Owen quickly sorted a few minor issues we had initially and installed an extra shelf that we realised we needed. Everything is still functioning perfectly and the kitchen layout and features make the space work so well. Would definitely recommend Owen and Masterclass kitchens.

They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. All in all an extremely good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Owen Williams to anyone seeking a new kitchen.

Owen williams supplied and managed the fitting of my kitchen from start to finish, to the highest standard, with great communication. The price was cheaper as a Wickes kitchen, the quality was better, the service was professional, with no hidden or extra costs. The tradesmen they use were experts with no cutting corners, and did everything asked of them. I would definitely recommend the service and quality of using a local small business!
