Immaculate service, from the initial design consultations to the finished product. Our design was replicated perfectly and every request was accommodated. The workmen were utterly magnificent and finished everything to the highest standard possible. Owen and his team looked after every step of the process and everything was on time and of the highest quality. They also co-ordinated their services with a local flooring company and everything ran like clockwork. The speed of completion was incredible. We are thrilled with our kitchen and cannot recommend Owen Williams Kitchens enough!

Highly recommended, throughout the customer service was first class. Design, preparation and fitting all outstanding. Never any stress and the teams desire for perfection was evident in the outcome. We are so pleased with the finished kitchen and can’t say enough positively about the experience. There isn’t anything we would fault the collective team on and Owen is driven to ensure that the customer experience is stress free.

Owen Williams helped us to turn 2 rooms into a single kitchen-diner. They guided us through design with all those choices and then they managed everything through the build (which included great use of under-stairs space, a blocked up window and a new partition) to give us the kitchen we were after. So when we moved house, there was only one choice to help us make the most out of our small space (and hit a tight move in deadline!). A really creative team who understand what they do.

Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Having met Paul at the showroom it was clear that we were going to get a quality job at a fantastic affordable price from Owen Williams. Right from concept of design, and installation(plastering, ripping out,wiring carpentry glass back splash) to completion, we are soooo pleased and can’t thank Owen and his great team enough. We LOVE our new kitchen! From the outset Paul truly understood our vision for the space, he created renders that hit our brief on the head. Once agreeing the kitchen and design Owen really went the extra mile by completing numerous site visits to make sure the deisgn worked in the space, he created bespoke venting options to meet the aesthetics we were aiming for. The kitchen we have is made from quality materials and is exactly as the render promised, we couldn't be happier!
