Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. We cannot recommend Owen and his team enough.

We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. If you are spending a serious amount of money on a kitchen I suggest you deal with a serious business like Owen Williams kitchens.

Having met Paul at the showroom it was clear that we were going to get a quality job at a fantastic affordable price from Owen Williams. Buying a kitchen from Owen Williams Kitchens has been a joy from start to finish. We nearly didn’t approach them for a quote, since we assumed that they would be above our price point. I was thrilled when, despite the fabulous quality and personal service, the price came in very competitive with the well known national companies. The design service provided was excellent, and Owen was very patient when it came to us mulling over decisions and a few changes here and there. We were given brilliant advice about where to splurge and where to save money. Having it fitted was painless, Dan did a great job and left the area spotless afterwards. The kitchen itself is beautiful, well made and exactly what we wanted. I’m so glad we chose this local company, we have been well looked after and couldn’t be happier with our kitchen.
