Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. If you are spending a serious amount of money on a kitchen I suggest you deal with a serious business like Owen Williams kitchens.

If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! The whole Owen Williams team work brilliantly together, they have been an absolute joy and I will miss being in contact with them. THANK YOU FOR OUR DREAM KITCHEN.....Steve and Jacqui

We wouldn’t have know the work was being carried out as there was no mess or dirt left. From start to finish the planning and fitting of our kitchen was excellent, Owen was on hand with ideas to make the best of the space with photos to show us exactly what it would look like, Quality of the cupboards and fittings are of a very high standard, The kitchen was fitted by Dan with every care to attention, alway left the room clean and tidy, We would highly recommend Owen Williams Kitchens.

The standard of fitting is exceptional and every detail is spot on. From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

We absolutely love our new kitchen! The whole process from our initial visit to the showroom to fitting our kitchen was highly professional. Paul and Owen were incredibly helpful and patient, particularly when we were indecisive. The fitting by Tom and Tom was also exceptional.
