From showroom to finished kitchen, it is difficult to find fault with anything. No pressure selling, good initial design and incorporation of changes and professional at all times. Extremely happy with the finished project. Every single person involved was friendly and showed great attention to detail. As someone who is not overly keen on spending money unnecessarily, I feel that we received real value for money. Highly recommended and a stress free and positive experience.

Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. We cannot recommend Owen and his team enough.

If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! Owen came out many times before the fit to ensure everything went smoothly you and we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Daniel who fitted our kitchen is a very skilled and professional kitchen fitter. His work is meticulous very professional and hard working. We can highly recommend Owen And all his team. We had our kitchen done by Owen Williams Kitchens back in April this year and we are so so happy with it! Paul designed our kitchen perfectly and the whole room has been transformed! Our kitchen is quite small but Paul made full use of the space so we've now got more cupboard and storage than we had before, plus a dishwasher which has been a game changer. Paul designed cupboards specifically to fit our space and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. All the guys who plastered, did the electrics and fit the kitchen were brilliant and very professional. We are so impressed with the quality of the kitchen and would recommend the team at Owen Williams to everyone!

Immaculate service, from the initial design consultations to the finished product. Our design was replicated perfectly and every request was accommodated. The workmen were utterly magnificent and finished everything to the highest standard possible. Owen and his team looked after every step of the process and everything was on time and of the highest quality. They also co-ordinated their services with a local flooring company and everything ran like clockwork. The speed of completion was incredible. We are thrilled with our kitchen and cannot recommend Owen Williams Kitchens enough!
