The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. After multiple visits to kitchen showrooms across the East Midlands , I came across Owen Williams. The vibe I got as soon as I walked in was one of calmness, non pushy and very professional. However what sold it for me was the personal touch that I had been looking for, and from start to finish Owen, Paul and the fitters were excellent. Buying a kitchen from Owen Williams Kitchens has been a joy from start to finish. We nearly didn’t approach them for a quote, since we assumed that they would be above our price point. I was thrilled when, despite the fabulous quality and personal service, the price came in very competitive with the well known national companies. The design service provided was excellent, and Owen was very patient when it came to us mulling over decisions and a few changes here and there. We were given brilliant advice about where to splurge and where to save money. Having it fitted was painless, Dan did a great job and left the area spotless afterwards. The kitchen itself is beautiful, well made and exactly what we wanted. I’m so glad we chose this local company, we have been well looked after and couldn’t be happier with our kitchen.

Absolutely love our new masterclass kitchen. From the initial consultation with Paul who has excellent design ideas so helpful and made us feel very at ease. Owen came out many times before the fit to ensure everything went smoothly you and we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble.
