We absolutely love our new kitchen! The whole process from our initial visit to the showroom to fitting our kitchen was highly professional. Paul and Owen were incredibly helpful and patient, particularly when we were indecisive. The fitting by Tom and Tom was also exceptional. From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

Owen williams supplied and managed the fitting of my kitchen from start to finish, to the highest standard, with great communication. The price was cheaper as a Wickes kitchen, the quality was better, the service was professional, with no hidden or extra costs. The tradesmen they use were experts with no cutting corners, and did everything asked of them. I would definitely recommend the service and quality of using a local small business!

We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Aftercare has been great too I cannot recommend Owen Williams Highly enough

Highly recommended, throughout the customer service was first class. Design, preparation and fitting all outstanding. Never any stress and the teams desire for perfection was evident in the outcome. We are so pleased with the finished kitchen and can’t say enough positively about the experience. There isn’t anything we would fault the collective team on and Owen is driven to ensure that the customer experience is stress free.
