From initial ideas, planning, visual concept, to the work carried out the customer service and communication to the outstanding quality work has been amazing. We wouldn’t have know the work was being carried out as there was no mess or dirt left. We now have a stunning quality well designed, built and functional kitchen giving us more space in what is a small area thanks to Owen Williams Kitchens. Highly recommended without a doubt. Having met Paul at the showroom it was clear that we were going to get a quality job at a fantastic affordable price from Owen Williams. Right from concept of design, and installation(plastering, ripping out,wiring carpentry glass back splash) to completion, we are soooo pleased and can’t thank Owen and his great team enough. Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. If you are spending a serious amount of money on a kitchen I suggest you deal with a serious business like Owen Williams kitchens.

we have recently upgraded our kitchen ...we were looking for a more ergonomic workspace that works for two keen cooks combining with a social dining area .. we were after some bespoke finishes and the Owen Williams Kitchens Team came up with fabulous creative ideas ... a combination of life-like CADS with clever design, coupled with live colour & textured components in their showroom so we could imagine and foresee our finished kitchen before committing. One of the most impressive parts was also the actual construction and fit ... total quality and premium service. Would totally recommend OWK to undertake any bespoke kitchen project!

From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.
