From initial ideas, planning, visual concept, to the work carried out the customer service and communication to the outstanding quality work has been amazing. We wouldn’t have know the work was being carried out as there was no mess or dirt left. We now have a stunning quality well designed, built and functional kitchen giving us more space in what is a small area thanks to Owen Williams Kitchens. Highly recommended without a doubt. Our kitchen aspirations were met with aplomb. From start to finish the journey was a pleasure & trouble free. The design, products, installation & workmanship all first class. On top of all that we wanted a 'one stop shop' service which we received with no hidden extras. We were delighted with the overall cost of the installation which was more than comparable with other high street provider costs we obtained. From our experience of dealing with & the services offered we would not hesitate in recommending Owen Williams Kitchens.

We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Aftercare has been great too I cannot recommend Owen Williams Highly enough

Owen Williams helped us to turn 2 rooms into a single kitchen-diner. They guided us through design with all those choices and then they managed everything through the build (which included great use of under-stairs space, a blocked up window and a new partition) to give us the kitchen we were after. So when we moved house, there was only one choice to help us make the most out of our small space (and hit a tight move in deadline!). A really creative team who understand what they do.

Our experience from Owen Williams was definitely worth the five stars, we cannot recommend and thank them enough. From our initial meeting to installation we had so much help and support designing our new kitchen and during installation they were so professional. We always felt comfortable with the advice and feedback they gave us which resulted in the whole journey being first class. I cannot praise Owen and his team enough. From start to finish they have been great to deal with, nothing ever seemed too much trouble and more importantly they have done an amazing job.

We were so impressed with the kitchen designed and installed by Owen Williams Kitchens at our previous house, that we decided to use them again in our new house.
