We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Aftercare has been great too I cannot recommend Owen Williams Highly enough

From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

On top of all that we wanted a 'one stop shop' service which we received with no hidden extras. We had our kitchen done by Owen Williams Kitchens back in April this year and we are so so happy with it! Paul designed our kitchen perfectly and the whole room has been transformed! Our kitchen is quite small but Paul made full use of the space so we've now got more cupboard and storage than we had before, plus a dishwasher which has been a game changer. Paul designed cupboards specifically to fit our space and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. All the guys who plastered, did the electrics and fit the kitchen were brilliant and very professional. We are so impressed with the quality of the kitchen and would recommend the team at Owen Williams to everyone!
