From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

I absolutely love my new kitchen from Owen Williams Kitchens. The units and doors are solidly built, even at the back of them, and very good quality and my worktop is slightly thicker and better quality than from most other kitchen places too, such as Howdens and Wicks. Owen and the team were most helpful in helping to design a custom built microwave wall unit, which I love! It looks like a fitted microwave unit even though it's a free standing microwave (not intergrated). Owen and the team went above and beyond in helping me with my new kitchen and I'm very grateful for their help. The fitter, Danny is a brilliant craftsman. He fitted my kitchen on his own, even my tall wall units! His work on my kitchen is to an excellent standard and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend buying your kitchen from Owens and having it fitted by them. Thank you sooo much Owen and team 😃

An excellent, friendly service from start to finish. Tonnes of stunning options to choose from and plenty of helpful advice and suggestions from Owen when it came to the design of our kitchen. The standard of fitting is exceptional and every detail is spot on. I’ve had experiences in the past with some of the national brands and can honestly say the personal service and workmanship quality Owen and his team provide put’s them head and shoulders above the rest. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. All in all an extremely good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Owen Williams to anyone seeking a new kitchen.

Each time I walk into the kitchen I am surprised and delighted at how quickly and smoothly the whole operation was, resulting in my beautiful new kitchen/diner. From initial ideas, planning, visual concept, to the work carried out the customer service and communication to the outstanding quality work has been amazing. We wouldn’t have know the work was being carried out as there was no mess or dirt left. Having met Paul at the showroom it was clear that we were going to get a quality job at a fantastic affordable price from Owen Williams. Right from concept of design, and installation(plastering, ripping out,wiring carpentry glass back splash) to completion, we are soooo pleased and can’t thank Owen and his great team enough. I can truly say I love my new kitchen, the look is exactly what we wanted and the finish is perfect.Owen even managed the flooring installation with Eddie at fabco for us.
