After multiple visits to kitchen showrooms across the East Midlands , I came across Owen Williams. The vibe I got as soon as I walked in was one of calmness, non pushy and very professional. However what sold it for me was the personal touch that I had been looking for, and from start to finish Owen, Paul and the fitters were excellent. Immaculate service, from the initial design consultations to the finished product. Our design was replicated perfectly and every request was accommodated. The workmen were utterly magnificent and finished everything to the highest standard possible. Owen and his team looked after every step of the process and everything was on time and of the highest quality. They also co-ordinated their services with a local flooring company and everything ran like clockwork. The speed of completion was incredible. We are thrilled with our kitchen and cannot recommend Owen Williams Kitchens enough!

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. All in all an extremely good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Owen Williams to anyone seeking a new kitchen.

If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! From showroom to finished kitchen, it is difficult to find fault with anything. No pressure selling, good initial design and incorporation of changes and professional at all times. Extremely happy with the finished project. Every single person involved was friendly and showed great attention to detail. As someone who is not overly keen on spending money unnecessarily, I feel that we received real value for money. Highly recommended and a stress free and positive experience.
