From showroom to finished kitchen, it is difficult to find fault with anything. No pressure selling, good initial design and incorporation of changes and professional at all times. Extremely happy with the finished project. Every single person involved was friendly and showed great attention to detail. As someone who is not overly keen on spending money unnecessarily, I feel that we received real value for money. Highly recommended and a stress free and positive experience.

We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Aftercare has been great too I cannot recommend Owen Williams Highly enough

An excellent, friendly service from start to finish. Tonnes of stunning options to choose from and plenty of helpful advice and suggestions from Owen when it came to the design of our kitchen. The standard of fitting is exceptional and every detail is spot on. I’ve had experiences in the past with some of the national brands and can honestly say the personal service and workmanship quality Owen and his team provide put’s them head and shoulders above the rest. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Owen& paul planned my kitchen.They have done excellent job from planning to finishing. All queries were addressed promptly. All the work was done very efficiently. From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

We absolutely love our new kitchen! The whole process from our initial visit to the showroom to fitting our kitchen was highly professional. Paul and Owen were incredibly helpful and patient, particularly when we were indecisive. The fitting by Tom and Tom was also exceptional.
