We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. All in all an extremely good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Owen Williams to anyone seeking a new kitchen.

Each time I walk into the kitchen I am surprised and delighted at how quickly and smoothly the whole operation was, resulting in my beautiful new kitchen/diner. Absolutely love our new masterclass kitchen. From the initial consultation with Paul who has excellent design ideas so helpful and made us feel very at ease. Owen came out many times before the fit to ensure everything went smoothly you and we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Daniel who fitted our kitchen is a very skilled and professional kitchen fitter. His work is meticulous very professional and hard working. We can highly recommend Owen And all his team. we have recently upgraded our kitchen ...we were looking for a more ergonomic workspace that works for two keen cooks combining with a social dining area .. we were after some bespoke finishes and the Owen Williams Kitchens Team came up with fabulous creative ideas ... a combination of life-like CADS with clever design, coupled with live colour & textured components in their showroom so we could imagine and foresee our finished kitchen before committing. One of the most impressive parts was also the actual construction and fit ... total quality and premium service. Would totally recommend OWK to undertake any bespoke kitchen project!

From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Aftercare has been great too I cannot recommend Owen Williams Highly enough
