We recently has our kitchen and utility updated by Owen and his team. The customer service from start to finish was excellent and we are so pleased with the end result. The quality of the kitchen, worktops, fixtures and fittings are excellent. Thank you for making our dream kitchen a reality!

Opted for Owen and Paul after looking at several other highly known brands. So glad we did, from listening to our wish list, incorporating our ideas, designing the kitchen, then fitting it. The whole process was easy, considered and the finish was faultless. They even recommended FABCO in Ashby. They provided guidance on flooring options, colours, material and fitting. I totally recommend this company and have shown the final pictures to many people.

From start to finish the planning and fitting of our kitchen was excellent, Owen was on hand with ideas to make the best of the space with photos to show us exactly what it would look like, Quality of the cupboards and fittings are of a very high standard, The kitchen was fitted by Dan with every care to attention, alway left the room clean and tidy, We would highly recommend Owen Williams Kitchens.

From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

After multiple visits to kitchen showrooms across the East Midlands , I came across Owen Williams. The vibe I got as soon as I walked in was one of calmness, non pushy and very professional. However what sold it for me was the personal touch that I had been looking for, and from start to finish Owen, Paul and the fitters were excellent. Having met Paul at the showroom it was clear that we were going to get a quality job at a fantastic affordable price from Owen Williams. Right from concept of design, and installation(plastering, ripping out,wiring carpentry glass back splash) to completion, we are soooo pleased and can’t thank Owen and his great team enough. I can truly say I love my new kitchen, the look is exactly what we wanted and the finish is perfect.Owen even managed the flooring installation with Eddie at fabco for us. Our experience from Owen Williams was definitely worth the five stars, we cannot recommend and thank them enough. From our initial meeting to installation we had so much help and support designing our new kitchen and during installation they were so professional. We always felt comfortable with the advice and feedback they gave us which resulted in the whole journey being first class.
