From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

Highly recommended, throughout the customer service was first class. Design, preparation and fitting all outstanding. Never any stress and the teams desire for perfection was evident in the outcome. Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. From showroom to finished kitchen, it is difficult to find fault with anything. No pressure selling, good initial design and incorporation of changes and professional at all times. Extremely happy with the finished project. Every single person involved was friendly and showed great attention to detail. As someone who is not overly keen on spending money unnecessarily, I feel that we received real value for money. Highly recommended and a stress free and positive experience.

Our kitchen aspirations were met with aplomb. From start to finish the journey was a pleasure & trouble free. The design, products, installation & workmanship all first class. On top of all that we wanted a 'one stop shop' service which we received with no hidden extras. We were delighted with the overall cost of the installation which was more than comparable with other high street provider costs we obtained.
