After multiple visits to kitchen showrooms across the East Midlands , I came across Owen Williams. The vibe I got as soon as I walked in was one of calmness, non pushy and very professional. However what sold it for me was the personal touch that I had been looking for, and from start to finish Owen, Paul and the fitters were excellent. Our kitchen aspirations were met with aplomb. From start to finish the journey was a pleasure & trouble free. The design, products, installation & workmanship all first class. On top of all that we wanted a 'one stop shop' service which we received with no hidden extras. We were delighted with the overall cost of the installation which was more than comparable with other high street provider costs we obtained. I absolutely love my new kitchen from Owen Williams Kitchens. The units and doors are solidly built, even at the back of them, and very good quality and my worktop is slightly thicker and better quality than from most other kitchen places too, such as Howdens and Wicks. Owen and the team were most helpful in helping to design a custom built microwave wall unit, which I love! It looks like a fitted microwave unit even though it's a free standing microwave (not intergrated). Owen and the team went above and beyond in helping me with my new kitchen and I'm very grateful for their help. The fitter, Danny is a brilliant craftsman. He fitted my kitchen on his own, even my tall wall units! His work on my kitchen is to an excellent standard and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend buying your kitchen from Owens and having it fitted by them. Thank you sooo much Owen and team 😃

Owen completed our kitchen nearly 18months ago now and it still feels and looks new. Owen quickly sorted a few minor issues we had initially and installed an extra shelf that we realised we needed. Everything is still functioning perfectly and the kitchen layout and features make the space work so well. Would definitely recommend Owen and Masterclass kitchens.
