We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. All in all an extremely good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Owen Williams to anyone seeking a new kitchen.

If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen.
