Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. We cannot recommend Owen and his team enough.

From the initial enquiry to the finishing touches, I cannot find fault with the whole experience. The service in the showroom was polite, professional and no hard sell. The staff are genuinely there to give you the best service and advice, to ensure you get exactly what you desire. They have a sound understanding of their products, services, and appliances. They guided us through this with our needs in mind, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Due to the complete redesign, all of the kitchen mains and lighting circuits and plumbing were replaced, all we had to do was choose a colour and paint when we returned from our holiday. We cannot recommend Owen Williams and his team highly enough.

we have recently upgraded our kitchen ...we were looking for a more ergonomic workspace that works for two keen cooks combining with a social dining area .. we were after some bespoke finishes and the Owen Williams Kitchens Team came up with fabulous creative ideas ... a combination of life-like CADS with clever design, coupled with live colour & textured components in their showroom so we could imagine and foresee our finished kitchen before committing. One of the most impressive parts was also the actual construction and fit ... total quality and premium service. Would totally recommend OWK to undertake any bespoke kitchen project!

Owen& paul planned my kitchen.They have done excellent job from planning to finishing. All queries were addressed promptly. All the work was done very efficiently. Owen Williams helped us to turn 2 rooms into a single kitchen-diner. They guided us through design with all those choices and then they managed everything through the build (which included great use of under-stairs space, a blocked up window and a new partition) to give us the kitchen we were after. So when we moved house, there was only one choice to help us make the most out of our small space (and hit a tight move in deadline!). A really creative team who understand what they do.

These guys really know their trade and what they're doing. Absolutely faultless. Would thoroughly recommend them.
