We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Aftercare has been great too I cannot recommend Owen Williams Highly enough

Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. Owen& paul planned my kitchen.They have done excellent job from planning to finishing. All queries were addressed promptly. All the work was done very efficiently. Owen williams supplied and managed the fitting of my kitchen from start to finish, to the highest standard, with great communication. The price was cheaper as a Wickes kitchen, the quality was better, the service was professional, with no hidden or extra costs. The tradesmen they use were experts with no cutting corners, and did everything asked of them. I would definitely recommend the service and quality of using a local small business!

From showroom to finished kitchen, it is difficult to find fault with anything. No pressure selling, good initial design and incorporation of changes and professional at all times. Extremely happy with the finished project. Every single person involved was friendly and showed great attention to detail. As someone who is not overly keen on spending money unnecessarily, I feel that we received real value for money. Highly recommended and a stress free and positive experience.

Our experience from Owen Williams was definitely worth the five stars, we cannot recommend and thank them enough. From our initial meeting to installation we had so much help and support designing our new kitchen and during installation they were so professional. We always felt comfortable with the advice and feedback they gave us which resulted in the whole journey being first class. From start to finish the planning and fitting of our kitchen was excellent, Owen was on hand with ideas to make the best of the space with photos to show us exactly what it would look like, Quality of the cupboards and fittings are of a very high standard, The kitchen was fitted by Dan with every care to attention, alway left the room clean and tidy, We would highly recommend Owen Williams Kitchens.
