Having met Paul at the showroom it was clear that we were going to get a quality job at a fantastic affordable price from Owen Williams. Right from concept of design, and installation(plastering, ripping out,wiring carpentry glass back splash) to completion, we are soooo pleased and can’t thank Owen and his great team enough. I can truly say I love my new kitchen, the look is exactly what we wanted and the finish is perfect.Owen even managed the flooring installation with Eddie at fabco for us. Immaculate service, from the initial design consultations to the finished product. Our design was replicated perfectly and every request was accommodated. The workmen were utterly magnificent and finished everything to the highest standard possible. Owen and his team looked after every step of the process and everything was on time and of the highest quality. They also co-ordinated their services with a local flooring company and everything ran like clockwork. The speed of completion was incredible. We are thrilled with our kitchen and cannot recommend Owen Williams Kitchens enough!

Our kitchen and utility have just been updated by Owen. The whole team have given us outstanding service, from Paul in the showroom, Owen with the planning, the trades working on the preparation prior to the fitting and Dan who actually did the fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan went above and beyond for us with his superb attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and the quality of our beautiful Masterclass kitchen. An excellent, friendly service from start to finish. Tonnes of stunning options to choose from and plenty of helpful advice and suggestions from Owen when it came to the design of our kitchen. The standard of fitting is exceptional and every detail is spot on. I’ve had experiences in the past with some of the national brands and can honestly say the personal service and workmanship quality Owen and his team provide put’s them head and shoulders above the rest. We LOVE our new kitchen! From the outset Paul truly understood our vision for the space, he created renders that hit our brief on the head. Once agreeing the kitchen and design Owen really went the extra mile by completing numerous site visits to make sure the deisgn worked in the space, he created bespoke venting options to meet the aesthetics we were aiming for. The kitchen we have is made from quality materials and is exactly as the render promised, we couldn't be happier!

We are delighted with our new kitchen...despite relocating the kitchen to a smaller room with minimal natural light, it looks light and spacious with ample storage. Being able to view the 3D images was really helpful to visualise how it would look and create the best colour combinations. One or two things had to be revised along the way, but we now have (for the first time ever) a showroom standard kitchen!

We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. Aftercare has been great too I cannot recommend Owen Williams Highly enough
