If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! The whole Owen Williams team work brilliantly together, they have been an absolute joy and I will miss being in contact with them. THANK YOU FOR OUR DREAM KITCHEN.....Steve and Jacqui

We absolutely love our new kitchen! The whole process from our initial visit to the showroom to fitting our kitchen was highly professional. Paul and Owen were incredibly helpful and patient, particularly when we were indecisive. The fitting by Tom and Tom was also exceptional. Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. Owen Williams helped us to turn 2 rooms into a single kitchen-diner. They guided us through design with all those choices and then they managed everything through the build (which included great use of under-stairs space, a blocked up window and a new partition) to give us the kitchen we were after. So when we moved house, there was only one choice to help us make the most out of our small space (and hit a tight move in deadline!). A really creative team who understand what they do.
