We LOVE our new kitchen! From the outset Paul truly understood our vision for the space, he created renders that hit our brief on the head. Once agreeing the kitchen and design Owen really went the extra mile by completing numerous site visits to make sure the deisgn worked in the space, he created bespoke venting options to meet the aesthetics we were aiming for. The kitchen we have is made from quality materials and is exactly as the render promised, we couldn't be happier!

Our kitchen aspirations were met with aplomb. From start to finish the journey was a pleasure & trouble free. The design, products, installation & workmanship all first class. On top of all that we wanted a 'one stop shop' service which we received with no hidden extras. We were delighted with the overall cost of the installation which was more than comparable with other high street provider costs we obtained. If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. If you are spending a serious amount of money on a kitchen I suggest you deal with a serious business like Owen Williams kitchens.
