Absolute 5 star experience from the moment we entered the door at Owen Williams kitchens. The product is exceptional and the overall customer experience was fantastic. The project is managed by Owen from cradle to grave. The contractors are a pleasure to have in your home Dave the builder, Dan the kitchen fitter, and Steve the electrician. If you are spending a serious amount of money on a kitchen I suggest you deal with a serious business like Owen Williams kitchens.

Owen completed our kitchen nearly 18months ago now and it still feels and looks new. Owen quickly sorted a few minor issues we had initially and installed an extra shelf that we realised we needed. Everything is still functioning perfectly and the kitchen layout and features make the space work so well. Would definitely recommend Owen and Masterclass kitchens.

Opted for Owen and Paul after looking at several other highly known brands. So glad we did, from listening to our wish list, incorporating our ideas, designing the kitchen, then fitting it. The whole process was easy, considered and the finish was faultless. They even recommended FABCO in Ashby. They provided guidance on flooring options, colours, material and fitting. I totally recommend this company and have shown the final pictures to many people.

Having met Paul at the showroom it was clear that we were going to get a quality job at a fantastic affordable price from Owen Williams. Right from concept of design, and installation(plastering, ripping out,wiring carpentry glass back splash) to completion, we are soooo pleased and can’t thank Owen and his great team enough. I can truly say I love my new kitchen, the look is exactly what we wanted and the finish is perfect.Owen even managed the flooring installation with Eddie at fabco for us. If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! Owen williams supplied and managed the fitting of my kitchen from start to finish, to the highest standard, with great communication. The price was cheaper as a Wickes kitchen, the quality was better, the service was professional, with no hidden or extra costs. The tradesmen they use were experts with no cutting corners, and did everything asked of them. I would definitely recommend the service and quality of using a local small business!

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. All in all an extremely good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Owen Williams to anyone seeking a new kitchen.
