We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. All in all an extremely good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Owen Williams to anyone seeking a new kitchen.

From start to finish the planning and fitting of our kitchen was excellent, Owen was on hand with ideas to make the best of the space with photos to show us exactly what it would look like, Quality of the cupboards and fittings are of a very high standard, The kitchen was fitted by Dan with every care to attention, alway left the room clean and tidy, We would highly recommend Owen Williams Kitchens.

Our kitchen aspirations were met with aplomb. From start to finish the journey was a pleasure & trouble free. The design, products, installation & workmanship all first class. On top of all that we wanted a 'one stop shop' service which we received with no hidden extras. We were delighted with the overall cost of the installation which was more than comparable with other high street provider costs we obtained. Paul and Owen were incredibly helpful and patient, particularly when we were indecisive. The fitting by Tom and Tom was also exceptional. If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! An excellent, friendly service from start to finish. Tonnes of stunning options to choose from and plenty of helpful advice and suggestions from Owen when it came to the design of our kitchen. The standard of fitting is exceptional and every detail is spot on. I’ve had experiences in the past with some of the national brands and can honestly say the personal service and workmanship quality Owen and his team provide put’s them head and shoulders above the rest.
