Our experience from Owen Williams was definitely worth the five stars, we cannot recommend and thank them enough. From our initial meeting to installation we had so much help and support designing our new kitchen and during installation they were so professional. We were drawn to Masterclass kitchens by their range of innovative pieces. Owen and Paul guided us through the design process. At no point did we feel pressurised and we had the time to reflect on our decisions. Some unusual requests on our part were handled with aplomb. When it came to fitting time, Dan our fitter could not have been better. A true craftsman he was skilled in getting the best result. The tradesmen they use were experts with no cutting corners, and did everything asked of them. I would definitely recommend the service and quality of using a local small business!

Opted for Owen and Paul after looking at several other highly known brands. So glad we did, from listening to our wish list, incorporating our ideas, designing the kitchen, then fitting it. The whole process was easy, considered and the finish was faultless. They even recommended FABCO in Ashby. They provided guidance on flooring options, colours, material and fitting. I totally recommend this company and have shown the final pictures to many people.

From initial ideas, planning, visual concept, to the work carried out the customer service and communication to the outstanding quality work has been amazing. We wouldn’t have know the work was being carried out as there was no mess or dirt left. Each time I walk into the kitchen I am surprised and delighted at how quickly and smoothly the whole operation was, resulting in my beautiful new kitchen/diner. We had our kitchen done by Owen Williams Kitchens back in April this year and we are so so happy with it! Paul designed our kitchen perfectly and the whole room has been transformed! Our kitchen is quite small but Paul made full use of the space so we've now got more cupboard and storage than we had before, plus a dishwasher which has been a game changer. Paul designed cupboards specifically to fit our space and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. All the guys who plastered, did the electrics and fit the kitchen were brilliant and very professional. We are so impressed with the quality of the kitchen and would recommend the team at Owen Williams to everyone!
