When our clients purchased their new home, they knew they wanted to make some changes to the layout to fit their lifestyle. The first job was to remove the wall between the kitchen and dining room, which required structural calculations and building regulations approval – all taken care of by us. Once the supporting steelwork was installed, we created a feature of it over the peninsula to avoid the traditional boxed-in look of supporting beams.
We also installed a new downstairs toilet under the stairs, routing the extractor ducting in a bulkhead over the top of the kitchen units – not only did this enhance the modern look of the kitchen, it also meant the new toilet would comply with building regulations.
Wanting a clean, modern look, our clients opted for our ever-popular Roma silk finish door in Dust Grey, combined with Silestone Blanco Norte quartz worktops.
