From initial ideas, planning, visual concept, to the work carried out the customer service and communication to the outstanding quality work has been amazing. We wouldn’t have know the work was being carried out as there was no mess or dirt left. If you want a 5 star experience choose Owen Williams Kitchens. Having visited other independents and national kitchen providers, Owen Williams were the ones who stood out. They fully understood our vision from the outset and had a relaxed and non pressured approach. Paul had amazing design ideas offering alternatives and suggestions, great space planning, and despite us changing our minds many times he changed the plan and provided gorgeous visuals so that we got a feel for how our kitchen would look. We had some unexpected building restrictions which meant the kitchen needed changes however this was no trouble for Owen. He took the pain away, took control, found a solution and made the necessary changes to the specification. Throughout the whole build Owen was quick to respond to any request and worked closely with our builder responding promptly when needed, even visiting site when necessary. When it came to the installation from Dan...one word... perfection! The man is a genius! Paul and Owen were incredibly helpful and patient, particularly when we were indecisive. The fitting by Tom and Tom was also exceptional. Having met Paul at the showroom it was clear that we were going to get a quality job at a fantastic affordable price from Owen Williams. Right from concept of design, and installation(plastering, ripping out,wiring carpentry glass back splash) to completion, we are soooo pleased and can’t thank Owen and his great team enough. Immaculate service, from the initial design consultations to the finished product. Our design was replicated perfectly and every request was accommodated. The workmen were utterly magnificent and finished everything to the highest standard possible. Owen and his team looked after every step of the process and everything was on time and of the highest quality. They also co-ordinated their services with a local flooring company and everything ran like clockwork. The speed of completion was incredible. We are thrilled with our kitchen and cannot recommend Owen Williams Kitchens enough!

Owen completed our kitchen nearly 18months ago now and it still feels and looks new. Owen quickly sorted a few minor issues we had initially and installed an extra shelf that we realised we needed. Everything is still functioning perfectly and the kitchen layout and features make the space work so well. Would definitely recommend Owen and Masterclass kitchens.
