The whole process from initial meet to design, to fitting and customer service was outstanding.

Owen Williams helped us to turn 2 rooms into a single kitchen-diner. They guided us through design with all those choices and then they managed everything through the build (which included great use of under-stairs space, a blocked up window and a new partition) to give us the kitchen we were after. So when we moved house, there was only one choice to help us make the most out of our small space (and hit a tight move in deadline!). A really creative team who understand what they do.

My Dream Kitchen If you are in the market for a new kitchen I recommend you use Owen Williams Kitchens. I wanted a sleek modern design to replace my tired old kitchen. I fell in love with the Masterclass H line handleless range. So many colour options, Paul was so patient, I changed my mind on a weekly basis, eventualIy I chose a light grey with a graphite contrasting handle rail and a beautiful sparkly Fusion Quartz white shimmer worktop. As I only had a small awkward space the team gave various options on how to maximise the area available. I wasn’t disappointed, when I saw the digital images it was exactly what I had dreamt of. The Masterclass cabinets are fabulous, the quality and craftsmanship are definitely 2nd to none. Start to finish the process was faultless. Owen, you and your team are incredible. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and creating my amazing dream kitchen.

Our kitchen aspirations were met with aplomb. From start to finish the journey was a pleasure & trouble free. The design, products, installation & workmanship all first class. On top of all that we wanted a 'one stop shop' service which we received with no hidden extras. We were delighted with the overall cost of the installation which was more than comparable with other high street provider costs we obtained. An excellent, friendly service from start to finish. Tonnes of stunning options to choose from and plenty of helpful advice and suggestions from Owen when it came to the design of our kitchen. The standard of fitting is exceptional and every detail is spot on. I’ve had experiences in the past with some of the national brands and can honestly say the personal service and workmanship quality Owen and his team provide put’s them head and shoulders above the rest. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Owen Williams. Our existing kitchen had been extended and we had issues with drains & soilpipes causing compromises we couldn't accept. Before we placed an order Owen visited us and provided solutions that would not affect our new kitchen. When we placed our order plans were produced for contractors to work with to ensure the new kitchen fitted perfectly. Delivery and fitting times were all adhered to with updates being provided at every step. The quality of the kitchen units and the exemplary workmanship of the fitting leaves us with a kitchen to be proud of, and very good value for money. All in all an extremely good experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Owen Williams to anyone seeking a new kitchen.

After multiple visits to kitchen showrooms across the East Midlands , I came across Owen Williams. The vibe I got as soon as I walked in was one of calmness, non pushy and very professional. However what sold it for me was the personal touch that I had been looking for, and from start to finish Owen, Paul and the fitters were excellent.
