Chatsworth in Scots Grey features in this extensive kitchen renovation package which was fully project managed by our team.
Despite having a fairly large kitchen, our clients tired of their dining area being cramped due to the utility room encroaching into the space. Fortunately, the dividing wall was not load bearing, so it was a relatively simple job for us to remove.
We then bricked up the bottom half of the back door – not fogetting the built-in dog flap – and fitted a window above. We managed to match the existing bricks perfectly, and even managed to source matching plinth blocks to ensure the new window blended in well.
Now we had this fantastic open space, but we still needed to house all the things that were in the utlity room – our extra tall double larders, with some bespoke internal shelving, were perfect for this, and enabled us to hide away the appliances, the boiler, and even the ironing board!
The combination of our Chatsworth door in the subtle Scots Grey, combined with Silestone White Storm worktops make the end result a beautifully light and airy space, whilst an Elica Dolce Copper extractor gives an elegant splash of colour.
The family can now eat and dine in comfort, and are overjoyed as can be seen from their testimonial:
“The service offered by this company is seamless. I thought that I knew what I wanted and Paul was able to interpret my thoughts and tweak them a million times as I changed my mind multiple times. Owen, applied his engineers head, and made excellent suggestions……The finished work is outstanding. I love it. If you want perfection, choose Owen and his team. They will not disappoint!”
